In this game players receive 2 face down (hole) cards and 5 face-up
cards (community cards) are placed in the middle of the table. Texas
Holdem has four betting rounds. Players create their best poker hand
from their own 2 cards and 3 out of the 5 community cards.

The Blinds - The game starts with the two players left of the
dealer placing 'blind' bets so there is money in the pot to start
with.
Pre Flop - First betting round after every player received
their 2 cards.
The Flop - Second betting round after 3 community cards are
turned over.
The Turn - Third betting round after the 4th community card
has been turned over.
The River - The fifth and final community card is turned
over, followed by the 4th betting round.
The Showdown - If there is more than one player left, the
players reveal their cards and the one with the highest poker hand
wins.
